Hi Chant21, I wonder if it's the standard valve that's letting herb through. I only have the EZ valve so I can't do a comparison but I don't get and material in my bags and none shows up when I use my bubbler. The water is clear... I went with the EZ after reading and finding that the wider...

    Arizer Solo

I contacted Arizer about this very question. They say to NOT let the battery discharge totally (although they went onto say it wouldn't be catastrophic). But you can leave it charging all the time without damage to the battery. And, charging after a small discharge will not hurt it either.

Not really necessary, but nice. As it does not go into the freezer (it's inserted into the Tamer just before use), it's a bit easier on your lips than sucking off frozen glass. IMHO

I just picked up one of these (they are running out, color choices limited) and I think they're great. Definitely 15 minutes. And there is no real need to do anything more than insert the long stem into the Tamer, no need for a seal. So cool are refreshing....I bought two (as I know I will...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I don't believe this is quite accurate IMHO. If you look at the studies at the Storz and Bickel (Volcano) web site, they contradict this somewhat. Staying under 200C is the magic number for extraction of pure THC. As you move above this temperature, you do begin to get the "couch-lock" drugs...

    Arizer Solo

I like the pipe case listed a couple pages back. The padding is wavy so the stems (with screens & MFLB battery caps) lie flat and don't roll. The end can hold the charger and one pill bottle, or two pill bottles (one for herb, one for ABV). So not quite as fancy but half the cost. And yes, the...

Hey, things have been pretty quiet around here. Any new reviews? Anybody happy/sad they made their purchase? I don't see too many (1) reviews on YouTube.... Just wondering.....

Cleaning Stems: I like to have a small air-tight jar of Ever-clear (190 proof) and I simply submerge my stems and they come out clean in 12 hours. The Ever-Clear is turning a beautiful amber color with each cleaning (try and keep leaf material out for the clearest color). The only real question...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I think it depends on usage IMHO. If you want a "party vape" (about four people or more), I'd go with the Cano as it can blow bags very quickly and can keep up with a party. For personal use with two people or less, I'd go with the Q as it is more efficient, especially when using the "elbow...

I thought Arizer said the difference was 5 degrees Celsius, not 20. I keep seeing the 20 degrees mentioned in this forum (and 5 also). Has someone found 20 to be correct? I have used both models and it seemed to me that you only have to move up one notch (for me, to setting 5 from 4) when using...

    Arizer Solo

I used GreatVape.com, (in CA). The Solo was $199 with free expedited shipping and, they had to issue a return (Stinky Solo) and were very helpful. I received one of the SS vapes as my exchange and it is "Poifect" as Cury would say....ymmv

OhTheAgony, try turning it on by pressing both buttons (blue light at bottom flashes twice), wait for the yellow lights to zip up to the top (or as high as they'll get), and then press the DOWN button to restore your last temperature setting. This will stop the wear & tear on your UP button :)...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Good question. I usually take two slow (ten to fifteen seconds) deep draws at 190C, hold for at least ten seconds, and stop. Sometimes I'll stir and take another hit at 195C but this causes me to cough too much. The ABV is then "butterized" :)

    Arizer Solo

I have had three Solos. My first was ceramic, black, and worked perfectly. I purchased a second, and it had the worst "electric" smell coming off it, and the smell would not abate by heating or any other method. I contacted Arizer (there was a five day delay before I heard back from them), and...
