Returning to FuckCombustion after 4 years

When I was a young adult, FuckCombustion was like my sanctuary. I finally understood the passion other guys had for "cars" and poured through discussion threads like a kid with his Ferrari magazines. My first vape was the MFLB, purchased like 6-7 years ago. During the next 2-3 years I added...

Dreamin' for a vape....just for kief

Seconded! My E-Nano with two screens destroys kief, as does my Underdog. although my favorite thing to vape in my logs is trim... the high is nearly free!

replacement for purple days? and DBV potentiometer question.

Doesn't Dave (Underdog logs) do PD repairs? I think I remember hearing that around the time Purple Days closed. What website were you on? I cannot find the CRZ homepage anywhere, I assume it got shut down. Maybe the one you were on is a fake?

    Possible Vaporizer Design

https://www.vaporstore.com/proddetail.php?prod=icognito-vaporizer too bad the maker jumped ship a while back. :( I remember there being some drama about how he was caught making a fake account to praise his products, which is a shame because they had good reviews already.

    Moving on from the Herbalaire...

No, just the crucible-type system you are familiar with. The E-Nano can only be purchased from the Epicvape website

    Moving on from the Herbalaire...

Why not go the waterpipe route? According to the community, that is where the HA excels. No bags, no whips, just insert the teflon mouthpiece into a bong or bubbler with a 18mm female gong connector. Although if you want a very efficient, quick, small vape, I'd recommend the E-Nano. It's...

    E-Nano from Epickai

I've got a production unit, and you're right. It also makes less outside air get in. @hitnrun, the heat exchanger does not slope outward. Rather, it is slightly thinner at the top half-inch where you insert the stem. The rest of the core is ever-so-slightly wider, I'd say half a millimeter...

    E-Nano from Epickai

For people considering using silicone stems with this vape, the heater port works better with 5/16" ID tubing than 3/8" ID tubing (the one UD's use). Both will work, but the 3/8" ID seals further down the heater port, at the spot where the diameter of the heater port is slightly larger.

    E-Nano from Epickai

*Once I have more time I'll post another vid that is longer and has better lighting. I had to cut this one short because the cloud of vapor woke up my roommate. This was done at "7" on the dial with about 0.025g of lows. I weighed out 0.1g, halved it, then halved both halves to get four loads...

    Discontinued Supreme Vaporizer

I put a pipe screen down by the heat exchanger to allow for ground bud in my Supreme. To stir the bowl, I shake the Supreme.

    Smaller chambered whip?

glad I could help. If you ever want extra "hot whips", I've seen them for $12 for two on ebay.

    Smaller chambered whip?

I know exactly which whip you are talking about (the kind that says "hot" on it), I have seen it all over ebay and amazon when I was in the market for a whip for my vaporbrothers vaporizer. I would recommend the silver surfer whip: http://www.vapeworld.com/silver-surfer-whip-wand I don't...

    Decarboxylization: what's going on

Thc off the plant is in carboxylic acid form, so it has a carboxyl group attached to it. Decarboxylation is a spontaneous process. Temperature, pressure, and humidity just increase the rate of the reaction. I'm calling shenanigans on enzymes.

need suggestions for a non-cartridge pen style for oil, waxes, and budder

I believe the Thermovape line does not use cartridges. Glycerin tincture vapes great in all cartridge-type pen vapes. Bubble hash (and oils in general) will be harder unless you have a pen meant for concentrates (meaning your typical Riva or Ego e-cig won't work unless you infuse the...

    E-Nano from Epickai

It is just the outer wall though, which I doubt comes close to the temps that aluminum becomes "unsafe". Alan (HI maker) does not have an aluminum outer wall, just wood, which is also separated from the element by empty space. Since I have not heard of any charring on the inside of the HIs, I am...

    Rick Simpson oil

^ I have heard of people using d-limonene, a very nonpolar food-safe solvent. (Pure Gold from Tetralabs is 5% d-limo) It is only for edibles though, as the finished product cannot be smoked due to residual solvent. With a polar solvent like ethanol or isopropyl alcohol, the only thing you can...

    Rick Simpson oil

Yes ISO washing would work, but since butane has such a low boiling point many people just vacuum purge. I don't know whether it would be of benefit to a patient, is it the cannabinoid content supposed to be what makes these oils medicine? It'd be a shame if the cancer-fighting part of weed...

    Rick Simpson oil

Naptha is a dirty solvent compared to lab grade n-hexane, it has a bunch of different hydrocarbons with different boiling points, some higher than hexane. So, harder to purge, and more likely to leave nasties behind. After reading his instructions, he only says to heat purge! He doesn't even...

    Florasol (R134a) extractions.

wow, I have never heard of such a solvent. Is it a watched substance? Is it an organic solvent like d-limonene, or a hydrocarbon, or neither? I am very interested

    The evolution of vaporizers.

The new log vapes are awesome. My Underdog log is heavy hitting yet still efficient like a log should be. I ordered an E-Nano too, but easily could have gone with the Hot Pod or the Heat Island. Lots of accessories, all the wooden log vape makers I mentioned offer gong-stems made out of wood.
