I'm thinking the same here as well. I haven't actually tried cleaning one of the old coils yet but I imagine it'd be a mess... I can only imagine at least 4-5 iso baths to completely clean it. Boiling it is out of the question for me since I live in a house with other people and it'll smell...

Thanks @Nube Scrutator ! Ran onto Amazon and bought those items asap lol. Looks very handy to get reclaim and to clean the top chamber instead of having to iso soak the whole thing.

I'd very much like to know as well. I always end up losing a lot of reclaim cause I can't reach the "hard to get" corners etc.

Has anyone successfully taken out the screen off the nibbler xl top adapter of the Hercules? I'm having a lot more trouble than the screen in the mouthpiece.

I haven't cleaned my herc since the initial iso wash when I got it 8 months ago lol. When I taste the buffer oil, I just load more and the taste is flavorful again. Other than taking my pick to scrape some black residue off the top of the coil or reclaim chamber, I don't clean the herc at all...

Is the coil that comes with the sr71 a Ti coil?

Does w9 sell the bottom cap required for the herc to fit the nibbler xl? I just realized my Sr71 apparently has the older style PTFE insulators that doesn't have a bottom cap that works with the nibbler xl..

Soo I did something kind of stupid in my medicated state. I was using the ss long tube and noticed the 18650 battery sitting a bit lower than what I'd like, causing the persei to lose battery connection if I moved it even the slightest. So I tried pulling the spring on the ss cap a bit but...

I get the 3 blinks on my persei a lot when I hold it sideways. Usually, when I stand it straight up again it'll fire or sometimes I just need to shake it a bit or even unscrew and rescrew the herc on. I know it's probably the batteries and the connection when I hold it sideways but do other...

Yah I thought of doing that too but I feared sucking hot oil into my mouth lol. I'll give it a try when the cartridge is near-empty :tup:

Are kiss carts known to leak as well? Oil seems to be leaking from the center screw under the cap. Do kiss carts require the same hitting and cooling method as the herc?
