The message was clear and "stoner spelling" is always excused. I'm just grateful for the help.

Found the club and have applied for membership. I already have a MFLB all pimped out with all the accessories. Thanks for the help!

Does anyone know if Magic Flight will sell a bare-bones Launch Box, i.e. one Box with no accessories? If so, do you know the price? Thanks

I'll add my :2c: here. ANY credit card, be it AMEX, VISA or Discover, will do a chargeback for you. Just don't wait too long to do it because there are time constraints. Here's the kicker that surprised me when I had a chargeback: Like you, a vendor filled only part of my order. However...

No matter what grinder I use, here is an extra step that makes the herb extra-fine: After two or three hits, I dump my herb into my hand. I roll it and squeeze it between my thumb and fingers a few times. Then I put it back in my LB.

You can always try a coffee grinder. (You can buy one for $10-15 at Walmart or on eBay.) The only drawback is there will be some kief stuck to the sides of the grinder, but you can collect that with a brush. Put your ground-up herb in a Tic-Tac box and you'll be ready to travel (or just stay...

Here's a good place to find recipes for your ABV: http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewforum.php?id=17 Just FYI, 3 tablespoons of ABV = 10g. You may need this conversion factor to use some of the recipes. I like to add ABV to baking mixes (brownies, scones, etc.) that don't call for eggs. That...

One way to get beginners to slow down is to give them a trench that's full, then tell them to look to see if there's a vortex of herb spinning around the shoulders of the trench when they draw. Magic-Flight said that if there's a vortex spinning around, then you're drawing too fast. This only...

It is worth it, believe me. MagicFlight says your herb should be ground as fine as salt. You cannot grind it that fine with an acrylic or chromium grinder. I suppose you could buy the coffee grinder you found at Walmart, try it and then if you don't see a difference, return it and get your...

All other things being equal (seller reputation, etc.), the chromium grinder will work much better than the acrylic one. However, to get your herb ground finely enough, many here, including myself, use a coffee grinder. I have a chromium grinder like the one in the ebay lot and it doesn't...

Sometimes my herb is too sticky and doesn't dislodge itself even with A LOT of slapping. I do have the slapping technique down BTW. Since some strains DO NOT stick and some DO, I think it's a function of how resinous the herb is. I consider it a good sign when it DOES stick.

I have the same problem. I notice that some strains stick to the screen more than others. I think it's a sign of high resin content. I start with herb that has been finely ground in a coffee grinder. After several hits I dump everything out into my palm using the brush because the screen has...

After using the MFLB almost daily for 5 or 6 months, my batteries that came with the original kit are losing their kick, so I bought a BC-700 and 4 2700 Powerex batteries from Amazon. I also placed an order for the PA since it appears to do even better than the Powerex's. I plan on seeing what...
