    Discontinued The Splinter by RBT

Can anyone recommend a good mod for the Splinter? I'd like something that can be used like a regular vaporizer, where I set the temperature and get consistent performance without charring/combusting, preferably something that is compact.

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

This might sound like a strange question but can anyone with a good sense of smell/taste comment on whether this unit emits any kind of plastic/silicone or any foreign aromas when heated up with an empty chamber after a good cleanup? I'm pretty sensitive to those kinds of smells in vaporizers...

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

@HealthyRips.com This vape is looking great so far, definitely considering grabbing it soon. Could you please share what kind of insulation is used around the heater in this vape? Is it the same ceramic wool fiber that's used in the Fury 2?

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

Dude, have you even read my reply to your previous post? I am not talking about the mouthpiece, but about the air intake. That is - the bottom of the vaporizer where the air is coming in to the chamber. There is no "cold" part in a small portable vaporizer and everything gets heated up...

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

I'm talking about the entire air path from the intake holes up to the heater, not just the holes themselves

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

I was talking about the intake part, as in opposite from where the mouthpiece is

    Healthy Rips FURY EDGE

True, But it doesn't say what the air path from the intake to the heater is made of.

Is there a teardown available for this vape or materials list of the entire air path?

    Arizer ArGo

Have Arizer ever provided the names and/or composition of the materials used in construction of the device? Especially the plastic casing around the oven which can be seen in the teardown. And the silicone/rubber sleeve which acts as the intake air path. Nevermind I see this has already been...

Any news on that teardown or air path composition?

    Arizer ArGo

I've been vaping for a while now. Been using the Atmos Jump for a few years and recently bought the Miqro which I am not very satisfied with, so I'm looking for other options that would be more suitable for me. But I see what you're saying about the Argo, for some reason I thought there's some...

    Arizer ArGo

I see, thanks for the feedback. There's something else I've been wondering about - is it possible to fill the actual steel chamber with weed as well as the stem, thus increasing the total capacity? Has anyone tried this?

    Arizer ArGo

Gotcha, although if you say it's good for 8 decent hits per load it might be doable for 4 people doing puff-puff-pass? Or just having another tube pre-loaded and hot swapping them mid session?

    Arizer ArGo

What's the approximate chamber capacity for the ArGo? Can it substitute a spliff shared between 3-5 people? Or at least be a reasonable alternative for an evening with friends? (Light users)

    PAX 3 by PAX Labs

Can anyone comment on the plastic issue?

    PAX 3 by PAX Labs

I agree, I'm considering getting some convection vape for home or for trips where I can put it into a bag or something. But for everyday use I'd like something that I could just put into a tight jeans pocket and go out, and be able to share it with people who are used to smoking spliffs. The...

    PAX 3 by PAX Labs

I'm considering grabbing the Pax 3 after being slightly disappointed with the Davinci Miqro. I'm kinda concerned about the plastic around the oven though so I'm looking for some info about that: 1) does the plastic around the oven get hot during operation? Does it emit any smell whatsoever when...

    DaVinci MIQRO

Do you time it so that you take a few more draws after turning it off? I'd imagine the residual heat being enough to further cook the herb.

    DaVinci MIQRO

Btw does anyone have any tips about maximizing the herb efficiency of the miqro? I'm usually getting quite a bit of green left after finishing a bowl, even on smart path 4. I use the smallest oven size setting using the pearl and try to grind pretty fine. Is there no avoiding stirring the bowl...
