    Called customer service twice today. No one answered. And focus has already admitted having my warranty claim for 20 days and I have had no progress from them on getting it resolved. Their growing pains does not change my experience as a customer. How do you dismiss my issue?

    My experience with focus is still abysmal. Mine broke after one day or minimal use. I made a warranty claim on the 8th. Heard nothing. Made another claim. Emailed them. Nothing. Instagram messages ignored. Finally told sorry we’ll take care of you last Tuesday and email you when it ships...
