    v tower creating health issues?

Again, this is my subjective opinion: For one, I am not convinced it is "cool air" in the air-path. If you feel an EQ after being on for an hour even the bottom insulated part is warm. Arizer also doesn't ship the best tubing with the EQ, so I am not convinced they are as "safe" we hope. If...

    v tower creating health issues?

I went from being a extreme-q user to being a PD last month. What I write below completely subjective and it's only my personal experience. I loved the extreme-q hit size / warm up time, but I always felt that my throat/sinuses never felt right during my full year of use. It may have been the...

Welcome to Fuck Combustion...Tell us about yourself here!

Hello Vaped MD, Sorry about your stroke. Glad to know you found relief through MJ. I have ulcerative colitis and have found tremendous relief through MJ and my Vape (Purple-Days now). Because I am so conscience of my insides with UC, I choose to vape because it seems to be lowest risk...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

The long thread under the Vaporizer section tells a lot, but here is my advice: Make sure your meds are nice and dry and you are using a fine grind. I use the elbow pack exclusively filled. I never weighed but is basically two pinches. I start at 195 and then depending on my mood go up to...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

It is definitely a heat duty indication. Once set to a temp, it never moves. I imagine during your Fan experiment the "heating" light was on pretty much the whole time after the temp drops occurred. MadScientist, what are you going to vape at?

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

MadScientist's last graph. Even with a setpoint of 180 you've reached 230 C where the majority of vaporization for the various cannaboids has occurred based on this post. Maybe I am reading the graph wrong, but that is what it looks like to me. http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=4135

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

It looks like 170-200 is where you want to be for q. I never have really gone below 200, but I will be doing it now. Going over 200 seems like overkill for release of most of goods.

Your suggestion on the best cooling setup

I got the piece. It looks well made. It has no country of origin on it, so I can't say if it is "local" or not. Anyway, the 69 dollars seems like a very fair price and no issues with shipping or anything. If it is local made, even better. I am still waiting for my whip adapter from another...

    vaporizer causes cancer?

I think the Extreme Q (and other all glass path) vaporizer are probably the best bet for safety today. That being said, 100% safe would be you not smoking or vaporizing. The research shows that vaporization greatly reduces the number of chemicals inhaled, and eliminates many of the *known* bad...

Your suggestion on the best cooling setup

I don't know tsat...I'll let you know when I get the piece. It's shipping from West Coast to East Coast so it probably won't be till Monday. From what I can tell they manufacture the pieces themselves in Washington. I read some reviews on the glass and most folks were happy. I would have really...

Your suggestion on the best cooling setup

I got just a simple 12inch perc and diffuser. http://www.chunkyglasspipes.com/glass-on-glass-beaker-water-pipe-with-tree-percolator.html Nothing on etsy that was simple and glass was available without weeks wait. I'll probably order something from Soulshine or glasstafarian after the holidays...

    Pot Lung and Vaping

Hey Pappy, I always use elbows in my Q. Hmmmm....I guess I'll go cyclone as well but that means the loss of efficiency. I wonder why it's drier when using elbow? Do you think that the Q with a good vapor bong setup is equivalent to the DBV with a good water setup? I have a new bong setup in...

Your suggestion on the best cooling setup

Thanks for the advice. I don't think it is THC that is irritating the throat. I'm a long time user and never had this issue with combusting and my throat, just the usual post smoke dry mouth. My reason for switching to vaping is that ) I've a medical condition know where mj helps with pain so I...

    Pot Lung and Vaping

Hey Pappy, Do you notice a difference in vapor dryness between the dabudda and the exteme q? I have an extreme q and notice more throat irritation now then I had when combusting. I was just curious if the different air/vapor ratios of different vaporizers produce perceptibly different dry...

Your suggestion on the best cooling setup

thanks for your advice. i've started with hot water in my bong. I've also ordered a nice new glass piece with the proper connectors today. One thing I have a question on is if all vaporizers produce the same level of "dry" vapor. I guess because there are different air/vapor ratios some...

Your suggestion on the best cooling setup

Long time lurker. FC and the great users have guided me to my to Extreme Q. I am grateful. I am a medical user and vaporizing is very helpful for my life medical effecting condition. Now I want the best small-efficient cooling setup to attach to my extreme-q I can buy over the internet. I love...
