Anyone know of a sure fire way to reset the device? I’ve tried holding the button down for 5 seconds as i power it on but after about 10 tries no luck. I’m currently unable to change temps, enter uptemp mode, self clean, or do anything besides turn it on and it’ll be stuck at the last set temp.

Have you had any luck getting your nail to register on the dashboard or being able to load up profiles? My display has shown the blinking heart since last Monday and I have tried re connecting to the dashboard and even a factory reset.

Just got my production Carta V and it isn't working.... Anyone else have issues with theirs? I turn it on, heat it up, heats for half a second then all white flashing lights. Back to dabbing on my beta I go.

Crazy how you can get it for less than what beta users paid and sooner. Still glad I preordered the beta for that $50 glass upgrade and test unit. The free atomizer isn’t bad either I guess

Just got my V2 atomizer in the mail, just a titanium bucket but that’ll do for now. But I put a dab in the chamber and went to fire it up and got the flashing blue lights....anyone else having issues?
