Hmmm. I don't remember either way, but I can turn the unit on, so I'm thinking I did. The unit works (it powers on, I can change settings, and it heats up), it either does not hold a charge, or the unit is reporting the charge incorrectly.

Has anyone had an issue with their device not charging? My unit is brand new. When I plug it in to charge, it shows either 8, 9, or 10%. After several minutes, it shows 100%.
