Guys thank you so much for trying...i have tried all the combinations, sadly no success therefore i have initiated the RMA and psychologically prepared myself with a month of no vape :(((

I tried reseting the settings but no improvement. This is how it looks in the app. So the battery is "fully charged" but when I want to turn it on it blinks blue light. Heartbroken.....this agony will now take weeks..... :( Any other miracle ideas?

Plug it on a charger - blue light. Push the button to use it - flashing blue light. So, its charged, but then when you want to use it, its starts flashing the blue light like it needs charging?! It goes like that, back and forth. Has anyone experienced sth like this? :(

Dear friends....i wrote a dozen mails to Storz and Bickel but no response...does anyone have an idea what part of the vaporizer equipment is this? I lost it and i need it urgently but i dont want to order something wrong...
