UPDATE: My apprehension regarding coughing with the V3 has been laid to rest! started with the advised smallish load, 160 c, gradually stepping up to 195 c, no problem being too harsh at all. Cleaning with iso and two burnoffs, no residual smell or taste. ( due too work history i am extremely...

I suspect it might be indeed, my caps date at least to 2019/20 a regular and a low temp cap. I just read an article "The Life of a VapCap" : I guess it is time to buy some new caps then, i'd appreciate any tips as to which cap would be best suited to use with the Wand.

Any tips on using the V3 avoiding coughing? I'll explain: my SO has been medicating with dynavaps, atm with the Wand, which has a tendency to easily combust, due in part to the fact the click is hard to hear. But using the Dyna's there is never a coughing problem, to have an alternative we got a...

Using it with dynavaps ( with original dynavap insert), find the heating inconsistent, sometimes the click is hardly audible: combust. And sometimes ( rarely ) take it out on the click and it is ( nearly ) combusting. just my personal experience, others may have better results.

I guess padouk is a special case, it actually really seems to bleed! but apart from inhaling the dust, which is always a hazard of course, I think the health hazards are manageable, I have been using a padouk cutting board for the last 20 odd years or so without any problems.

You're right to make the distinction; properly sealed wood should not pose a problem. My reaction was to the notion of just removing the condenser and let the hot air flow past whatever would happened to be in the way. he Thank you for the link, great article, thorough investigation. I was...
