Firewood seems like a great pick. Only downside is that it gets hot after a session from what I have heard. I also want to look into the CFV (pure convection) and the Haze v3.

I took a look at the ghost too, seems comparable to the quality of the Solo2, but this one is pure convection and arguably high tech at $295. Seems legit. I dunno if I would put it over the efficiency of the Nano though.
