    TUBO evic/dual

The gecko design is beautiful! I suppose the Tubo is a device one chooses for performance, but that small addition really improves the aesthetic qualities IMHO. Do the natural wood colored Tubos have a surface treatment (like wax etc.)? A friend of mine has a laser cutter, I could take my unit...

    TUBO evic/dual

I also just placed an order :D Natural beech with gold evic. Will be my first vape. That is, if it gets here. Like I posted in another thread, the customs here have gone crazy after a revision of the tobacco law came into effect. They now consider all vapes to be e-cigarettes, thus distant...

    Europe's legalization

I suppose I could post a new thread for this, but the subject of this thread is close enough I think. As some of you may know, many EU countries are in the process of revising their tobacco legislation to better match the current situation with electronic cigarettes. I believe there are some EU...

    TUBO evic/dual

Does anyone have any experience with the Tubo while hiking, camping etc? How is the size/ portability of the unit in a setting like this? What about the glass stem, is it difficult to transport without breaking it? Could I load the unit in the morning, toss it in a backpack and just pull it out...

1st vape, portable, pref. on-demand convection?

I'm talking about the stem. Internal glass parts don't worry me, not as much anyway. The customs here are very strict, and really a pain to deal with even with totally everyday merchandise. The only way to avoid duties is if the package slips by unnoticed, which will most likely not happen...

1st vape, portable, pref. on-demand convection?

I find myself drawn more and more towards the Tubo. But. There is always the but. The protruding glass mouthpiece is slightly worrisome. I'm going to be bringing the vape to hikes etc. and don't feel too safe about glass. It's going to break at some point. The overall build of the unit doesn't...

1st vape, portable, pref. on-demand convection?

Wow, so many informative replies! Seems like my shortlist is actually just growing longer... The Tubo looks interesting, though a little chunky. I suppose you are right. A well rolled joint does look like smoking a cigarette though, the smell being the only concern, but I've found most...

1st vape, portable, pref. on-demand convection?

Hello FC! As the title suggests, I'm looking to buy my first vaporizer. I want a portable unit. I'm very lightweight tolerance wise; usually I like to take a puff or two, then enjoy the effects for several hours, before possibly taking another hit. My smoking habits make me think an on-demand...

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

What's the current consensus on the reliability of the Grasshopper? Are the newer units less prone to failure? I'm looking to buy my first vaporizer, and the hopper ticks pretty much every criterion on my list, but I don't want to risk getting caught in multiple RMAs to make it work.
