    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I pictured myself without a way to vape with only the whip elbow left so, just in case, I ordered a replacement from the vaporstore.:D Pappy! On the new EQ!

Discontinued The Extreme Vaporizer Thread Part II

I also broke the glass heater cover for my EQV. I was trying to see if I could straighten the bowl and crack!!!:o:lol: I was able to get a replacement from Kevin at K.J. Rockwise. (we vapourists know where to get stuff when we need it).;) It was a simple matter to install the replacement cover...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Wes, I personally don't think it's needed but if it somehow improves on the overall function go for it. Let us know if it works out.

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Same here. One evening this week I was out so I broke out the ABV stash. Rolled it up and I was back to aggravated hacking. All I can say is thank God for these vaporizers.:D

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Good luck Pappy with the new EQV! And the search for the whip/wand. I'm still wondering if I should get a back up EQV! It might be a good idea. I was loading the Cyclone bowl up at first but I would put too much in. With info here about putting it in the elbow, I tried it and it worked great...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I find I can hit the whip as soon as I place the elbow into the cyclone bowl.:D

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Sounds like you're on the right track WL. As far as the warm up goes, I turn on the EQ set to 260C. After it reaches that temp I turn the fan on the number 3 setting for a minute, then number 2 setting for a minute, then on low for a minute or two. If the Cyclone Bowl feels hot then I'm good to...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I'll try a medium grind on the next go. I don't have a grinder so I'll go online and see if I can locate a Sharpstone grinder.:D

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

It may be just my approach. If I grind it up finer it seems not to last as long (we're talking a hit or two anyway) also it stays in the elbow without falling out. Then I grind up what's left in the elbow and take another hit. I'm still experimenting but I like to remove the whip/elbow from the...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

leesan, That's a great idea about the glass Martini stirrers as a replacement for the glass stirrer! Thanks for that!

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

Welcome leesan! There is definitely a learning curve with the EQ. But once a person has a little time with it, the EQ becomes an indispensable part of life.

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I believe some units may run a little cooler. I put a digital thermometer on the screen area above the heater and the reading was 200 degrees celsius and the display said 230 degrees C. So if you are packing the elbow up higher where it's cooler try setting your unit at 230 C. Also don't grind...

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I too love my EQ! I was thinking I should get a backup if my EQ ever goes out... I broke my stirrier the first week I had the EQ and was able to sand the point smooth again with some super fine sandpaper (800 grit). It worked out great!

    The Extreme-Q Vaporizer

I find that a very small amount of herb packed, not too tightly, in the elbow screen is the perfect amount for the single user. After packing the elbow, I place it on the cyclone bowl (unit is preheted to 230 degrees C) and take a slow hit then remove the elbow from the cyclone bowl. I replace...

    Discontinued Pandora Kit from Purple-Days

Hi Tom, I just finished my PK build last night and it was very easy. It took only a couple of hours. Your instructions were clear and uncluttered. After watching each video, I reviewed the photos, then read the text document prior to each step. As I went along I used only the photos to refer...
