Does anybody still use the Vivant Alternate? I've been using it for 3 years now, my V2 top cap which did not crack (I've been lucky). But right now it's not working properly anymore. I got a trouble code 4 or 5 twice (I forgot which one) but I've checked immediately and it should be a problem...

In my opinion the only negative sides of this amazing vape is that it does not support dosing capsules and that we cannot change the plastic mouthpiece with a glass one. Otherwise it would be perfect!

DHGate sent me the V2 cooling unit and it works fine. Vapor also feels cooler than the previous unit. I've used the alternate with its new CU for like 10-15 sessions between 380-415 F and I'm not having any issues. Definitely feels more solid. I do also think that we should not worry about...

I agree with you. Sadly, I'm not using my Alternate anymore because I care about health issues: vaporizers avoid combustion and health problems, that's the reason why I stopped smoking joints. Breathing plastic gasses may be even worse than combustion, I guess. I'm using my XMax V2 again...
