Is there a reason you did not buy the wpa connection Haze sells?

Is there an advantage health or otherwise of using it with the Haze as oppose to just using herb with the bubbler? I am new to this so forgive the simplistic questions.

I just got the Haze 3 and am having a hard time securing the lids on the steel canisters. Is there some easy way to securing them so you can transport?
