Thx. Is the lid covered by the warranty. If it takes me several attempts to get a good seal then it must be the seal that's the problem, and i have read that the seal isn't covered!?. As i said the lid doesn't have any visual problems/damage. I hope it's a smooth and hassle free process.

Thx. I removed and cleaned the mouth piece a few time. I also tried it without the little metal screen, no difference. The lid seems to be the problem, but i have inspected the lid closely and see nothing that stands out that would cause a problem. I'll let the experts have a look at it and see...
