Hello to everyone !
As you may know I've became the father of an awesome baby-boy !
That's why there's been quite of time since my last sign in .
Well,I hope that I will find some time ,from now and on .
Cheers !
One custom XL length ( 79 mm ) 2-pieces ,carbless stem .
Made of pure Titanium ( ASTM Grade 2 ).
Caution: You will need a cap and a tip from Dynavap ,
in order to have a complete VapCap unit with the "Goldfinger " XL stem.
Solid 14K gold ring insert on the mp ( ~2 grams of 14K gold )...
Just finished an order .
it was the first on the list .
It has a new style mp and it has a total length of 104 mm ( without the tip ) .
Quite long .
This mp gave m e some trouble while machining ,as i do not have a " ball turning " lathe attachment ,
thus it was made manually .
At the...
Notice :
lately I've been late on completing some orders ,either were placed from old or new FC members.
My wife is pregnant ,so I 've plenty of things to do ,right now.
More than that ,one of my wisdom teeth is emerging ( somewhat late I should say ,I;'m already 43 years old ! )
and the pain...
I have reinstalled the tactile switch .
The "bare contacts " hack is not working well .
The lead-free solder contains Copper and Silver at enough quantities
to absorb heat from the (bottom of the)cap .
So,while the load is heated ,the clickers lose heat ,while in contact with the lead-free...

Cheers.
* Yes, rod and not tube .
Had to drill the inner tube all the way .
79 painstaking millimeters .
Yes ,exactly .Add also a totally different way of inhalling between the two modes of operation .
Note that the vapor is rather cooler when the carb is closed or not there at all ,versus the open carb way .
Dense yes ,but not hot .
Vapor gets hydrated and cooled inside the mouth cavity for...
Excuse for the short -derailing .
During the WW II ,my granddad helped an injured soldier from New Zealand .
That soldier had a weird bike ( Vincent A Rapide ) as a military -duty vehicle.
Most probably he was a messenger or something like that (just a hard guess here.
So ,my granddad in...
Most amazing vaporizing experience ever ? :sherlock:
An Induction heated VapCap ,of course !

And another Titanium Grade 2 XL stem ,"wire wrap" textured and " green " anodized .
It's mouthpiece uses 3x DV standard o-rings to attach to the stem tube .
One XL stem ( 79 mm = 62 mm stem tube + 17 mm stem mouthpiece ) ,twister knurled and "steel blue " anodized .
Made of Titanium Grade 2 / CP2 .
Mouthpiece uses 3x DV standard o-rings to attach to the stem tube .
Never said that it does not work .
It's just not the right tool .Or the best available choice for the money .
Yes, but during each cycle the device is working under "overload" conditions .
Outside it's specs .
This IH device it's designed to heat metal masses ,shapes and diameters like these...
I really do not want to derail the thread but I feel that I should make some notes ,after reading the last couple of pages of this thread .
First .If something is made in China that does not necessarily means that is of bad or mediocre quality .
Actually the 5-12 V ZVS I.H. module is made of...
CE certification is given by the maker ,as long as their device(s) comply with the CE regulations.
For example : I'm starting a company selling LED lights in a EU country .
I 'm building the lighting devices "in house" (meaning not in a chinese factory ) and then I just stick the CE logo...
