I pre ordered the color m so it came with the extra low temp cap. Don't know if I'd actually buy one but for free I'll take it. Extends life of the bowl and good for frugal temp steppers if that's what you're looking for.

It turned out to be a bad power cord connector. Tried a couple of cords from an old desktop and they work fine. Kinda long but will do for now.

I tried that a few times. No blue light on adapter. It worked yesterday. I've still been using my lighters mostly. Got a pm in to @Pipes so should be hearing from him soon.

Have you had the caldron adapter crap out yet? Mine is a few months old with very very light use and today I get no blue power light on the adapter. That didn't last long!
