Hello. I just got my Eleven. I have a problem not getting smoke, and the ash residue. I put it on the heater coil like I saw in the video(). Most seem to smoke or sink down. I then tried putting it only on the sides away from coils. seems to sink down. Smells like 50% vapor. Any tips, please...
