My 2nd RMA took 8 months to get back...Went to use it and it worked like shit and was super flaky....I just said F this thing, put it in its original box and threw it on the shelf....why bother sending it back when others have been waiting up to a year now:doh: .....they’ll never get these...

“All Hopper purchases made from us can be warrantied through us.” I think that means they’ll send it to Hopper Labs for you when it breaks....

I agree and am amazed they’re actually still in business.... Once a month I pull my SS Hopper out of its box to try and use it with small glimmer of hope and yet it inconsistently works or doesn’t work and this is after the 8month wait for it from RMA....V4 ? Internals...who knows, I think they...

Barely 2 months ago they sent an update email stating they’d be caught up on RMA’s by July..now it’s July and they’re saying another 4 months! Plan on at least 6 months!! At this point I doubt they’ll ever get caught up on RMA’s or actually get these things working properly... They’ve been at...

Yep mine does that...came back from RMA 2weeks ago. Charged it 3times as my Hopper wasn’t working properly and I thought maybe it wasn’t charging right. Would plug in to charge Hopper, red light might blink once then nothing for almost 30seconds then it would start blinking and...

I never knew that or really looked that close before....:hmm: have had screen for like 6months now.... thanks for pointing this out, makes sense too....different airflow....maybe that’s why sometimes the draw feels different :rofl:

I got my November RMA Hopper back last week finally. With a full charge mine blinks a faint red for a nano-second then turns off for 2seconds then just quickly turns red then blue and is on....it’ll give an OK hit... but then the mouthpiece and back-end get hotter than they ever got....even...

You never know....seeing RMA’s from Nov, Dec, and Jan being sent back on here and on Reddit....seems they are sending them random and not in order so you could be sooner...or later.... I’m now at 26 weeks 182 days waiting....:hmm:
