My replacement/new Pax 3 arrived today. Returning a non-functioning Pax 3 wasn't an ideal way to start a relationship with a new (to me) vape brand - but I do appreciate everything @Ojan_at_PAX did for me! And I appreciate Pax stepping up and shipping a new vape.

A huge thank you to @Ojan_at_PAX. He assisted me in getting my RMA'd device in front of a tech today. They confirmed my Pax's failure to turn on and are sending a new Pax out via USPS. Sucks to have to do that for a brand new device, but kudos to Pax for standing behind the product. Thanks...

Sent my Pax 3 in for warranty repairs yesterday. Hopefully they can diagnose the issue quickly and get it turned around. I had one session with it before it wouldn't come on regularly. I am looking forward to getting to know it a bit better once it's working.

Reddit posters are reporting Pax 3s being delivered by brick and mortar dealers - ahead of an official Dec 1 greenlight from Pax to begin selling them. I find it odd Pax hasn't announced a release date if the posters (with photos) are accurate.
