You should leave the stem in the unit between pulls. The stem needs to get warmed up and stay warm. That's the reason the second pull is so much better than the first.

I wonder what the does of ABV would be in the capsules. I will have to give this a go as I am reasonable sure this will work. When using something fresh I find it is between .25 and 1.0 grams depending on the potency. Usually about 0.5 for what is available in my part of the world.
