Facing the same obstacle, my Zephyr was plugged into my battery back up that has a display on the usage. Seems we need more than 350Watt and 120v. When warming up the Ion it surged to 122 volts and 374 watts. Just thought this info may help.

Hello, I have had success using the computer air can, on a completely cooled unit, cleaning the screened element and the inside of the box. Shaking out any fly away debris over a trash can. I was able to clean one of mine out completely to send it back to vapor brothers for repair.

I have also used the pressed kief crumbled over a thin layer of ground bud at 360 degrees -tasty and effective results I agree.
