Someone has given me a bit of hash, I normally only use herb, so wanted to know if I can use the wax pods for hash in the flowermate. If so, do I just break off a lump and put it on top of the cotton? Cheers!

I recall this happening (I don't use my v5s any more) and I just used to give it a gentle but firm tap on a book or something like that and the button usually pops back out. Good luck!

Heading to Amsterdam from the UK next weekend, going to take an unused flowermate with me, sounds like best thing is to just have it in hand luggage and put the stem and other bits in hold luggage. I'll be leaving it there so no concerns bringing it back.

Personally I think the Aura lacks a bit in vapor production, I prefer my mini and whilst I don't mind the plastic mouthpiece, I prefer the glass one on the mini. The mini is also ridiculously discreet, I can fit the whole thing in my hand with just the mouthpiece sticking out and no on has ever...

Smiss confirmed they are putting an improved mouthpiece in the Aura now, I should hopefully receive one soon, so will keep you posted when I do. Their customer service is really excellent, I wish more companies cared about their customers that much.

I think it just can't cope with higher temperatures, I like to crank it up to highest temp for the last couple of hits and I think that's done it

It comes with screens to put in the chamber but they don't fit in tight so you can put them in and take them out easily which makes it easier to keep clean and retain airflow. It's a vast improvement on the originals.
