Get the label gunk off batteries with a dry cloth and some elbow grease. It's worked on Maha's and Eneloops for me! As far as the screen goes, seems you have a disfuntional unit. I think it would make more sense to send MFLB an email as they take care of the warranties, not us.

Be careful when lifting the stem out of a GonG piece. It tends to causes fleabites and kinks. Especially on thinner glass such as EHLE. Great pieces though. Not knocking them, I just know the heartbreak of discovering fleabits in your downstem joint because your buddy was too stoned too lift up...

I can't decide between a mendo and a mix n ball. I wanted to grab a discounted 3 screen from dieselvapors, but the service of Mix N ball has me questioning the warranty. MendoMulcher's manufacturer however seems like a standup guy. Choices, choices.
