    Discontinued The Hammer Vaporizer

WOO HOO! I got my Ed's TNT stem in the mail today! Came sooner than I thought it would for a custom job. But, got it, ooo'd and ahh'd at it, loaded her up and took it for a spin. I gotta say, I'm a glass guy and I thought I'd never use anything but glass. But the Ed's TNT stem breaks that for...

    Discontinued The Hammer Vaporizer

Well, slightly disappointed that I haven't heard back from the folks that make The Hammer regarding custom stems. Freaks me out a little bit, makes me wonder if I could get warranty support. Oh well, Might as well buy up another Hammer or 2 just to keep some spares around. Thanks @VAPEHUNTER...

    Discontinued The Hammer Vaporizer

I noticed that too. I had one a couple of years ago, but I broke in due to my own stupidity one night. I wanted to buy a new one, but they are ALWAYS sold out. I've sent them an email asking if they still make custom stems or how to go about getting one. Just thought I'd share this; The Hammer...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Wow very nice! I love what you've done physically to the FW4. Trimming off the tabs makes it look great! And that case is almost too perfect for the device lol. Thanks for sharing, gives me some ideas now lol.

    Firewood Vaporizer

If you have an MFLB... I've found the MFLB little brush is awesome. I use it on everything from my E-nano stem, to my FW4 capsules and mouthpiece. All I do is sweep out the capsule with the MFLB brush, and sweep the bottom of the mouthpiece out. That keeps it clean for quite a while. I'll do an...

    Firewood Vaporizer

I believe this is just the sound of the coil in the heater expanding as it gets hotter. I noticed mine does that too, but only when I vape in a really quiet place. Normally theres too much background noise to hear it.

    Firewood Vaporizer

Ok!! I got my FW4 back! I sent it off last Saturday so Marc could replace the heater unit in the device. Just to recap, I've been having problems with my FW4 heating up too much. It would char my material on every heat setting no matter how hard my draw was. The unit itself would also get...

    Overindulgance

This is good advice! I used to do this, then I got bad about breaking my time. I would usually wait until 7:30 or 8pm and then I'd load up my e-nano stem and usually that 1 stem was enough for me. Over time I got lazy and ended up just simply breaking the rules. For the past 4 months or so I...

    Overindulgance

I try to throw in sessions with edibles between vape sessions. Usually a couple of my little brownies keeps me straight for a long time. But I looooove to vape haha! So I completely understand. My useless piece of advice would be edibles with the ABV. Otherwise as suggested above, you'll have...

    The Lotus Vaporizer

Looking to get away from battery operated devices for now. VAS is kicking hard on the Lotus! I have a Hammer, but the igniter is finicky. Would rather have something where I just have to replace the lighter if something goes wrong. I'm assuming I can just use standard pipe cleaners to clean the...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Ok.... I'm trying to determine whats going on. The herb that I've been able to get for the last few weeks has been weird. It seems to vape faster and I go through it faster (in all of my vapes not just the FW4). I had to turn down the heat on my desktop as it seemed like it wasn't very heat...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Ok quick question for anyone experienced. Does the FW4 heat more intense the harder you draw? Or is it just me...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Thats what I'm thinking. Since the heater and sensor are basically all in the same unit, if Marc replaces the heater it should work. I can hear the element click on whenever I start drawing and get the buzz. So thats why I've kinda ruled that out. Settings 1 and 2 are about it for me, can't...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Once I get an ebonized one and/or get my current FW4's heater replaced, I'll be able to confirm. Really have a feeling the heater is running hotter than it should. Too bad I can't adjust the heat off set the other way lol.. if it were at -2, it would be perfect.

    Firewood Vaporizer

Yes... I've experimented with all kinds of draws. When I sent it off initially, Marc said it was running hotter than normal, and the recal cooled it off quite a bit. It vaped better on setting 2 for a few days, then it seemed to creep back to getting hotter again but not nearly as hot as when I...

    Firewood Vaporizer

I've sent mine in for a recalibration as it was running really hot at setting 1. I would pretty much char my herb on all settings. After it came back, its running better now, but still seems a little on the hot side. I'm not getting the amount of hits that I'm seeing others reporting. I can go...

    Firewood Vaporizer

Thats like my line up. I've had an e-nano, FW3, and MFLB in my rotation. Had my FW4 for a week after having to send it in for warranty repair. Definitely a great addition!

    Firewood Vaporizer

Ok! Got my FW4 back from Marc. It came in around 2:45pm and took it for a test run. Its a night and day difference after the recalibration. The unit runs much cooler and behaves exactly how I want it to. It works like my FW3 only everything is way more stable (heat delivery, temp stability...

    Firewood Vaporizer

I normally run my FW3 on setting 3 (no offset). Thats usually good for me. On my FW4, I'm assuming that setting 2 with no offset will be similar to FW3 setting 3 (takes into account, newer better heater, more power from the 18650 etc etc). I'll have it this afternoon so I'll take it for a spin...
