I’m actually looking for some things if your still able to supply some stuff for the herc.

The black rod is lower resistance I think the white rod resistance might be too high for the 510 batteries

I’m interested in a black rod and 601/510 adapter if either of you have them available I have two hercs and would like to be able to continue using them in the future

I would need the 601-510 insulator as my Hercs are both from before the 510 switch the insulator you linked is for the ones that are already 510

Was the 510 base available still? a buddy of mine stole my bottom insulator for my sr71 a while back but I didn't see it on the webpage in 510 when I looked I'd need 2 of em

the v5 is also a touch top but the screws in the top plate are allen head bolts instead of the phillips head of the v4

check to see if your coil has risen up the chamber i had similar issues at first until i squished my coil into a bit of an oval shape so it was contacting the sides of the chamber and couldn't move up above the rod if your coil is still firmly seated at the bottom of the chamber id check to see...

I think It's the oil getting in it that kills it mine would die if that happened more than 2-3 times Iso only fixes it a few times in my experience

The spring loaded center pin shouldn't be going bad that fast mine lasted months of daily use and usually only went bad after a friend had dumped oil into the lower chamber a couple times but once I got my hands on the 71 I never looked back lol

This is exactly why I prefer the pressed fit of the sr-71 herc center pin I wish those were available separately

The nibbler xl was the single best accessory I bought I can't imagine the herc without it

I still need to get a couple 510 adapter insulators to try the herc on my sigelei 150tc and my snow wolf 200

The nibbler xl should come with two sets of o rings in 2 different sizes you should double check witch ones your using and try the larger set to see if that fixes this issue
