What is the model number of the battery? Would like to see some specs to see what's so different about them.

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

Ah I see. When I first received the GPonG I noticed the plastic wall was much thinner than the thick walled PonG I had which also melted/cracked. I assumed the glass would be capable absorbing and dissipating the heat and gave the benefit of the doubt. During use I noticed the GPonG was warmer...

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

This is an entirely new and seperate GPonG. I never sent my broken PonG back due to potential issues with declared item value and custom fees associated with it(as others have reported). They also weren't accepting returns through Dave yet when I decided to just order the GPonG from theyoyokid1.

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

I sent VB an e-mail back on May 9th about exchanging a faulty mouthpiece with a gpong. They sent me a reply today, June 1. It simply stated that the gpong is available for purchase and included a link to their store.

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

So should I be e-mailing VB to replace my old plastic PONG for the new GPONG? Pretty messed up that the updated piece just gets put up for sale instead of attending to existing customers first. But I suppose 'pretty messed up' describes VB's customer service so far perfectly.

Here's my damaged pong; despite the fact that I only use mine up to level 3 and my hand as a heatsink. Click the image for high-res. Any update on how non-US claims will be handled? @TherealVaporblunt
