@OF, I stated we can agree to disagree so there are no presumptions nor did I infer it was your duty to assist others. That doesn’t mean I can’t be bummed that you choose not to help, which BTW you did NOT say via PM which is part of the reason I requested your help in this thread. On a...

You have the same sportmanship from the past :p I love Arizer products and bought the Solo II despite expecting what has occurred and also becoming a little disappointed. I still like the vaporizer! I do not necessarily think Arizer needs to make any changes even if I don't like the stems...

Many will say it is normal while many others (including myself) will either say it isn't or we don't care whether it is or not... Those like me want to change it regardless of whether it is fixing an issue or suiting our desires.

Hate to say it... BUT I totally predicted this (earlier in this thread) as so many people have had similar issues with both Solo I and Air. My Solo II has also started to get some wobbling as well. Hey @OF, will you now assist others and I seriously look for ways to fix this issue (even if you...

I had a few of each Arizer portable vaporizer and had the loose stem issue with every one. If only the threads on each vaporizer weren't so huge I would point out how this issue has previously been discussed many times within this forum. I have handled things such as: only insert stem when cold...

The issue is not just from the stems rotating too easily but also wiggling and even falling out. These issues have taken place in both Solo I and Air... AND I still expect them to occur in Solo II seeing as how stems within my Solo II began to have some slight wobbling emerge just like they did...

I am speaking of adding the Orange O-Rings that many had to add to both the Solo I and Air. I can't find my old post in this thread but I am pretty sure I posted this information earlier?? Anyways, there were issues where the stems easily fell out (even when not used as a handle) ;) 2 large...

My Solo I and Air both needed firm pressure to insert a stem in the beginning but after a couple hundred sessions they started to wiggle and jiggle AND eventually got so loose that a stem would easily fall out. Well, my Solo II has already began to have the stems wiggle slightly so in a previous...

Those who weren't instantly impressed by the Solo II (typically vaporizer newbies) are spread throughout forums including this thread ;) Personally, with decades of combustion I occasionally follow my vaporizer newbie suggestion just to get a kick. If you or anyone who reads this haven't done...

Almost everyone I have seen introduced to a vaporizer for the first time are disappointed and feel as though their desire was not achieved. My favorite way to overcome this issue is to have them try a full session at a lower temperature. Afterwards, I have them perform a second session at a...

Putting the caps on stems that just finished a max temp session is just fine. Below is a quote directly from Arizer's website: "Silicone Stem Caps for pre-loading Glass Aroma Tubes, and / or protecting pockets, purses, and surfaces from hot glass. Made with high quality, food / medical grade...

Several pages ago I previously reported the tightness of my Solo II being too tight along with my SN being "pre-wiped" hahah. Arizer said the problem would be covered by warranty but I still enjoy using Solo II and didn't want to send it back.... Yet! With my stems starting to occasionally...

My Solo II is still ridicuously too tight. Sometimes it can literally take me about 10 minutes to put the stems in or pull them out regardless of the temp or stem I chose. This is still happening despite having had about 100 sesssions. Some members think I am just crazy (perhaps hahah) so here...

I haven't noticed much if any change in the draw restriction but I believe there are several things that can alter the restriction in both vapes. My Solo and Air were, in my opinion, way too tight for the stems in the beginning but after a couple months they became too loose and not only began...

Thanks to @OF I was able to "repair" this issue on the Air a few years ago so I was prepared to do the same thing when I received my Solo II. I didn't take a pic while I "repaired" my Solo II so here's an old pic from my Arizer photo album. ;)

The USPS required signature for the delivery to me and my friends; however, we all ordered from Arizer. I missed the first delivery attempt  so I visited the USPS website and requested them to hold onto the delivery for office pickup, which happened to be as soon as they opened the next...

Am I seeing things or did this man's Solo II actually have a SN on the vape... one that he didn't put on himself like @ShayWhiteGrow. My first view noticed (or imagined) what looked like the SN just a little after 7 minutes into the video.

@ShayWhiteGrow Are you certain you wiped the SN off your vape... My SN label must have came "pre-wiped" hahaha. I noticed the SN label was blank so I peeled it off to see if there was a SN hidden under the label.... .... There was nothing under that label either hahaha. I contacted Arizer...

I did do the normal burn offs and couldn't forget to do that as there was some standard brand new odors. As far as I know the top cannot be removed. I find that to be a bummer as my Solo I and Air both had to eventually have Orange O-rings added. I guess I should hope that this insane tightness...
