Situational awareness is only one part of the equation. The same substance that causes impairment in awareness *also* changes the nature of the situations encountered. Not as simple as you imagine, perhaps.

Nothing you *need* to do, and you are unlikely to have damaged anything. I usually give everything a good scrub (first ISO alcohol, then dish soap & hot water) just to remove the bad taste.

I don't think so. The gap for the arc is so small that it probably wouldn't fit a vapcap where it needed to be. I don't think you'd hurt yourself, but you might damage the cap if you do manage to get it close enough. That said, please do it & post the vid!

Thanks! I have soaked my caps regularly in 99.9% ISO with no noticeable effects beyond cleaning, but now I will keep a closer eye out for potential damage.
