wow... 40 seconds? Got out a stop watch, If i give it 6 minutes I can get vapor, 2 minutes between hits, fast than that and it loses its heat. So yeah must send back. Thanks for the info.

Have to say I'm not impressed with this device(version 2). Only barely works. After a week the charger failed. Got a new one but now the box only gets 1 to 2 sessions. Since it takes 2 to get me where I want to be this thing is useless. Got a crack but it works a little bit better with it so...
