    Discontinued The Firefly Vaporizer

I think the batteries drop off over time, not the Firefly. At least I'm hoping this is the case. When I put in a good battery it works great but the weaker battery not so good. Never gets to the proper temp and after two bowls the red light glows. Very Nice mitchgo61.

That is an issue. Maybe some of the plastic heat button broke off, reason for being loose. None of my units have rattled when shaken. I would call Firefly and see what they say. I'm pretty sure they will want that one back.

The heat button can be loose without any issues at all. Draw button is loose because it's just that a button made of plastic sitting over a much smaller button on the circuit board. This small button on the board came loose on mine and could not power up the heater. A loose/musshy button is just...

That's true for me also...just got a new replacement after my unit died. Have three batteries and one is going down fast. After all is said and done, I just love my Firefly's. Since April of 2013 I have gone through my share of units like mitchgo61. I have had the most asome opportunity to use 5...

"I find life is much better with the 7 hole Iolite Wspr screens. They keep the plate mostly clean, are easy to remove and don't change shape or size (they are like little discs). They also fit perfectly and don't alter flavor. Some people don't like using them, so YMMV as usual." I'm using...

    Discontinued The Firefly Vaporizer

Agree the Pax is great for walking the dog. I've got a big ole XL Bully. But the Firefly provides me with a much better medical experience. The Pax tears my lungs up, have to be very careful. The Firefly causes me much less lung and throat irritation. The end results are much stonger for me with...

Although I do have to admit that after my initial 5 or 6 hits I open the lid and press down on my herb for another 3 or 4 good ones. I fill bowl fully with very dry flowers tamp down a bit with my finger. After 5 or 6 draws It seems that the flowers are drawn to the view port glass creating a...

"Looks like they are in-stock at Vapeworld for 15 bucks if that works for you...." Very good, yes excellent, Thank You! Orderd. 2 days opposed to two weeks. It's worth the extra dollars to not have to wait. "I think you nailed it. I no longer open it either during a session and it's much more...

A question??? Are there options for the AC adaptor? Mine just went belly up and FF is out of stock. Just my luck, 3 batteries and no way to charge them. Need to start a fund for my second unit!

"I think that we can presume that subsequent generations of their product will be better than version 1.0. A vaporizer which has the potential to combust the herbal material is not really a vaporizer at my "house"." Speak for yourself. "We" love this version of the Firefly. If you can't keep...

My unit, unlike the others, cuts off at about 25 seconds. Seems a bit warmer even though it heats for less time.

Replacement unit opened, tested and all I can say is "WOW"! The first pull was by far the best so far. This new unit is as close to perfect as I could ever expect. After the second pull, I remembered why I purchased the Firefly. Thanks again FC folks, all is right, again, in my world...

    Discontinued The Firefly Vaporizer

That's a good way to put it...new company, new product, new employee's, very small mistake. I know the first one I purchased was a booboo nothing more. They were very gracious, sent me a new unit pronto. In my opinion, Firefly has the best customer service since the milk man.

You can use them without issue. Those pics were mine and the seal glue did not stick to the seal. All the adhesive stuck to the lid. In my opinion the alcohol swab had nothing to do with the seal delaminating.

I have to agree, they have been honorable. I can complain further but I'm not going to. I'm attracted to this little invention. If it were not for FC I would have purchased an Ascent. So, just trying to let everyone here know what's going on. After all is said and done, I will have another brand...

    Discontinued The Firefly Vaporizer

I think they were a little genereous with the past return policey. That I'm sure cost them a small fortune with the issues their Chinese manufacturers have been saddleing them with. If the design of these units were not so outrageously great, even with their issues, I problably would just move...

From Stacey at FF, "Our Returns Technicians have confirmed the errors and were unable to repair. So we had a Brand New Firefly opened and inspected. The unit is found to have no imperfections. However if you receive the unit and happen to notice something, we would like to know about this...
