How would you guys recommend using kief in the herbal aire

The doctor didn't adress those specifically she just said the surgical area should be healed after 2 weeks

So while I have been vaping the vapor has been making my throat feel weird and it makes me cough a lot to the point where I get nauseous. I'm not sure if this means I should take small quick hits or small slow hits?

Well whats been the amount of hits you usually get in a bag? Also I say small quick hits so the vapor isn't in contact with my throat as much which might be causing it. And in general along with how big your hits are how many do you Guys get from 1 bag?
