I noticed my gasket was also slightly popped out a few days ago. I was fortunately able to get it re-seated properly with a small flat head screwdriver before it popped out to a point that would have required dis-assembly.

Torx T6 is the right size for the main unit. The cover "port hole" is Torx T5.

You guys may want to check how tight your screws are & tighten them up if necessary. They are Torx T6 size. 2 of mine (the top two above the bowl) were able to be removed by simply pressing my thumb on them and twisting.

Well, after about 15-20 more bowls through my unit (without the top screen) I have not had any more combustion issues. I would stay away from using a screen up top; It's unnecessary anyway. The only way you'll get herb in your mouth is if you are hitting the unit too hard.

I don't have a digital scale that goes to hundredth, but I would guess a heavy .1 as the scale stays at .1. With the most I have loaded the scale has stayed at .2.
