The best is to have the electronic do the timing. If ones needs to time the glass capsule inertia it will undoubtedly make it hard to repeat. On the other hand, the quick response of the polyimide give the possibility to throttle off just as it gets itchy on the throat; or to one preference.

This efficiency of the polyimide VS glass must be considered from the perspective of transferring the heat to the substrate. Heating of the glass capsule will take 2X longer than with polyimide. Where did all that heat go? Into the capsule. It is like incorporating a 30s lag into the system...

@Old School The polyimide capsules are ideal to take advantage of the the pulse extraction. Using the glass capsules with the boost button take away from it. It increases the thermal inertia and ends up overshooting the expected temperature as per the chart
