    Discontinued The Herbalizer

I've been using the same brush from that 4 pack for close to a year now. A few bristles fell out in the first few weeks, but since its been fine. Granted these are cheep mass produced brushes that are meant for short term use and disposal, so I would expect a fair amount of quality...

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

I haven't posted in a while, but I see several people asking about the cleaning brush. I picked up a pack of 4 in the plumbing department at Home Depot. They are used for applying flux to copper plumbing before soldering. The flux brush is a little larger then the stock herbie brush, but...

    Ceramic Nail

I can only speak for the hive nail I have - two months of light use and no cracks. Light use=2or3 sessions per week. I use a butane torch with the flame not quite touching the bowl as I move it in small circles overhead pointed down onto the bowl. Ceramic doesn't move heat as easy as metal...

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

I just had the same problem, I just hit the screen with a butane torch for about 5-7 seconds and the residue burned off. Of course I removed the screen and was holding it with a clip. My extra screens were inside the bag with the quick start guide and the sticker...?

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

One final update on my sick herbie... He's back :):):):):):):):):) The UPS driver brought my friend home last night and we had a wonderful time. Not that anybody is keeping count, but Carrie told me it would be about two weeks, and 13 days later I'd say they lived up to that promise. The...

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

@Vinnie01 - the leaked vapor is a tiny puff that removing the bowl will take care of 100%. That said the amount of leaked vapor is very small. Its not zero, but IMHO its not enough to warrant removing the bowl between hits. Of course shutting off the unit does the same thing.

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

I know its been posted around the board before and specifically in this thread, but I can't seem to find it today, so please forgive me for not giving proper credit. Will be happy to edit post and give credit for... Vaporizer Signatures are real! I first read about them in this thread but I...

    Cheap High Quality Bubbler

I just had to post a thank you to this thread for turning me on to DHGATE and the whole direct from china thing! My D020 from Sunshinestore just arrived and I love it! I'm sure I'll be buying a few others but this was a great start!

    Ceramic Nail

Ok a few weeks have passed - about 1g of wax consumed on the Hive nail so far. Please read below with that fact that I am a novice user when it comes to nails. In the past I've always had somebody with me who had way more experience. Without question the taste on the ceramic nails is great...

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

Just to update the thread. A few quick e-mails with Herbalizer support and I have my UPS return label. Carrie did say repair can take up to two weeks. I'm hopeful that living in SoCal will keep the shipping times down, and my repair can be done fast. I've been discussing with family the...

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

I hope the back-2-back post is ok, separated by time and topic. @Medical Mark I am the first person to admit everybody's needs are unique for medication, but you might want to see what @Vitolo posted here http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/the-herbalizer.9116/page-68#post-525207 It sounds like...

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

I'm sure nothing in this post will be new information for the experienced members, but for those that like me are still learning - read on. I've been playing around with different grinds in Herbie and I don't think the results are surprising, but still interesting... Common sense says the...

    Mobius Glass

Just looking at mine I'd have to say the logo is within a mm or two of the same spot. I prefer to fill up to the Lake Tahoe area of CA/NV border, but I have been known to vary a little.

I agree 100%! A family member never used glass before, and got confused - started blowing by mistake! Managed to stop them before the water made it up to the whip! I use various tubing to connect to an adapter, then to glass. I've tried several after market pieces of tubing in various...

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

See above for a previous post about how I clean, most others also use ISO and swabs, q-tips, etc. There is also the trick with swapping the top and bottom screens, they are mostly self cleaning that way.

    Discontinued The Herbalizer

I've used the reclaim from Herbie twice now - both times it was nasty. I do agree with the potent comment - one chunk of reclaim and I was as good as if I'd used several large dabs of concentrate. Now I just keep Herbie clean and don't let the reclaim build up. I know I'm throwing away good...

    Ceramic Nail

I just picked up the Hive direct inject version at a LHS. In looking at the different styles they had the direct inject seems to have thicker walls then the two part so hopefully it will be a little more forgiving with heating. I'm not a heavy user, but I did give it a good workout last...

@Skeena - you can verify what @nigel just said (and I agree with) buy using Herbie in a bright room, then place you finger over the little circle - you'll see the display change in brightness. The folks at Herbalizer thought it was a good idea to dim the display in dark rooms... I tend to agree.
