Yes I've experienced the same thing, especially when taking off the glass mouthpiece to clean the bowl, it sometimes loosens the retaining ring and I end up having to push down and twist it back into place, at this point it's quite hot to touch.

On second thoughts regarding the flavour, the ds2.0 definitely is better than the original. Tried it at 28.5W and the flavour was intense during the first few 10 sec pulls.

yes I do believe I experience the same as you. When I store the ds2.0 it is usually on its side, so the next session the residue is all dried up / waxy and it leans to the side. I've also experienced that the concentrates travel to the sides of the bowl when it heats up and cooks only the middle...
