I've got the Herbie pads and they fit in the gong without trimming. You just have to squish them with your fingers a bit to reshape. They work great for me.

Yeah. The stem is only held on by gravity when the nano is upright. If you turn it over it will fall off. That's normal.

I really love mine with my eNano. Full it to just above the perc and it purrs really nicely.

I've got both with the nano and the 187 is really my favorite of the two. More volume and I like the 'purr' of the matrix perc. Plus the glass is much thicker. I don't really see much benefit of the second chamber in the D022. It's certainly not a bad piece though. But I definitely prefer the 187.

I got my mighty on massdrop but just dealt directly with S&B for my warranty repair. No problem at all. They paid shipping both ways. Massdroo was not involved. Mine is new (warranty replacement) too and also does this. But it also warms up faster than the old one. Doesn't bother me.

I've been using those Herbalizer pads for a couple months now for concentrates and I like them better than cotton. They fit in the gong nicely. You just have to crush them a bit with your fingers to reshape a bit. I don't notice them adding any off flavors.
