Yup, I fully charged it before the first use, i've drained it once and fully recharged again. My mouthpiece seems really short so i'm sure the new one will help with that, I can feel the heat on my tongue like he was describing and since its so short I can feel the heat on my lips. I did get...

If I were handy I would in a heartbeat haha, but I may try flipping it like satyrday did, and perhaps removing the screen from the end too. My mouthpiece only sticks out about a 1/4". I can feel the heat for sure.

Any tips and tricks for this guy? I just got mine and I definitely felt it but I didn't get very good vapor production. I feel like the new mouthpiece is going to help and I look forward to that.
