Second hopper to die in a week.
Whilst waiting for new body for ti hopper my spare ss has now died. Showing red and blue lights no heat.
Quick edit. Took hopper apart and cleaned. Not that there was anything to clean! And it appears to be working again.
I have tried with 6 batteries. I have a ss grasshopper that I have had since December. It's a faulty unit. Also when on charger the light blinks at half normal speed(on grasshopper)
But thanks for suggestions
After finally receiving my ti hopper it's dead! Goes from red light to no light with no heat. And when I put it on charger it blinks much slower than it should. Warranty claim opened
Has anyone else had same problem?
The gh is like a portable evo. But side by side no comparison.
If you haven't used an evo looking at videos they look similar. But after getting evo back out they don't compare.
Grasshopper is still a great portable especially through water. And it doesn't take 20mins to heat up.
Just an example. The first owner pays full price and looks after device, each time device gets sold it loses value and gets cheaper. And gets treated as such.
The hopper has been available for a while in Europe through verdampftnochmal.de. I bought mine at the start of December last year.
And they were very fast with warranty when needed about a month ago
Does anyone know contact for indica. I have been trying to warranty mine for weeks now but can't find contact info or warranty form on their website. And have tried to email Mike a couple of times with no reply. Any ideas?
Just to say I have had a hopper for a week now and I'm happy with it. I haven't been on to praise it as have nothing to add to what has been said.
And I think the battery is excellent for its size. My battery in hopper lasts longer than battery for mflb for example.
Yes the crafty is definitely a personal vape. I have just upgraded to mighty after second crafty has died. First crafty I got 75hrs and second crafty was on 152hrs but had reduced performance for a while before it died.
Storz and Bickel have provided excellent service both times.
The emails have...
