Thanks to everyone who replied. I used it again for the first time last night since I asked this and had a way better experience. I started the bowl at 190°C and now the max temp I go to is 210°.

I just got an Extreme Q and I'm loving it but I'm not sure I'm doing everything right so far. My main issue is I'm not sure how much vapor I should be seeing, and I think this is causing me to use way too high temps. The first time I used it I started out at 190° (all temps will be in celsius)...
