Got my EVO yesterday and I have to say it's amazing, much better than my Cloud+ I had which I suspect had some kind of airflow issues. I leave it at 12 and hits are thick and amazing every time, AVB is a perfect shade of brown. So it's everything they advertise, but I just hope it lasts longer...

Welp, my Cloud+ finally bit the dust, so that's about 7 1/2 months of use. Got the same response from customer service (repairs are no longer available) so I have a paperweight now. I respect this company too much, so I just preordered the EVO. I hope it's more reliable than the Cloud was.

Just got a tracking number for my repair, for the upgraded model. I hope other people's are going out at the same time.

No it's not heating up at all. I already emailed support so we'll see.

Mine is flashing two green and three red after a week of heavy use. Booo
