thanks for the info guys i emailed ploom yesterday describing my pax problems and have not heard back... do most of you call to arrange an exchange or should i just bear with the email process

will ploom accept my pax for an exchange if it has been used with something beside tobacco? the ligths are starting to go haywire and this thing seems to get stuck shut no matter how often it gets cleaned. its been a questionable experience with this device since day one :/
