I havnt received a reply from Thermovape I purchased the low voltage revolution cartridge for my vapor cone elite portable unit and it doesnt work it heats up and bubbles but no vapor ... Does anyone have any suggestions? Thermovape stated they donmt take used items back. It gets frustrating...
