Finally got a working cloud ,but they had a problem with my glass so I'm stuck in Limbo..They take forever to email back and as response times are far from swift,Id like to know if there are any sites that I can get some temp glass quickly..Spent nearly $600 almost 2 months ago and still havnt...

Recieved my cloud replacement and let me say this,I've never vaped really before because the few times I've tried it over the years I was unimpressed..Now with this cloud,I'm a BELIEVER! My GF had mailed back glass as well with hardware and only new hardware was sent so I still have to wait on...

Only heated up the once then quit after 5 min...Doesn't heat at all anymore and it blinks 3 red then 2 green I believe auto shut off is the opposite...Seems crazy to spend nearly 600 $$ for something that is obviously hit or miss...Hopefully when I get ahold of them on Monday,Theyll make it...

After reading this forum I went ahead and ordered cloud..Was Happy to see my package ordered Wed Arriving today and quickly got to it,But to no avail..It started to heat up then simply got cold..lights work but it will no longer turn to green nor heat.WTF!! Has Any one else has had this problem ...

Went to pull the trigger and make the cloud my first vaporizer purchase, and site says theyre all sold out!? Was it only a limited run? Or should i spend my money on anouther??
