If it burns your lips, take a slower pull. The vapour will probably be thicker, but not nearly as hot.

Mine is like the one on the left, and I agree that it's somewhat slippery. I've dropped it on few occasions with some battle scars on the edges near the mouth piece. The pax takes it like a champ though and keeps on going. The superficial scars just add character.

Start rotating it. If it's starting going back in, you're rotating it the wrong way.

I think people get the idea that it's like a pen or something at first and click down too hard and fast, but once you get past that, it's really quite simple. Click it slowly and it's easier to feel where it locks and releases.

I agree. You're pushing it too far down. Push it down until you hear a click and then stop. If you push it all the way down, it will pop up again(as it is suppose to). Basically, just don't click down too hard and fast, and you should be good.

I don't think there are any best deals out there as they all seem to be $250 and free shipping, but there are differences in the freebies. Some offer free grinders or carrying cases, etc.

I think you went a bit overboard with the iso. That's probably what caused the sticking mouth piece and now the temp button issue. Try gently wiggling it back and forth with a pen knife or something...and lay off the iso a bit ;)
