Whats the turnaround time on warranty replacement? Just had to send mine in. Stopped heating up entirely. Miss it already.

My Pax all of a sudden will not get hot. Im aware of the mouthpiece heating issue as I've been dealing with that since day 1, but now, even when the light is pink, it wont get hot. Stays completely cold. Is there a way to fix this, or am I dealing with a warranty issue?

What about some rolled up teflon tape? i experimented with this, you can twist it up and its about the same thinkness of the original o-rings. It even sticks together when you complete the circle. Temperature wise, since the Pax doesnt get up past 410* there shouldnt be any risk of it...

For those who have sent their unit back under warranty after medicinal use - Im a bit hesistant to send mine in because of any hnints of residue that may be left. Are you getting the oven totally spotless? no matter how hard I clean there's still some brown spots.

They're white and kind of translucent, so Im assuming silicone. They are also pretty stretchy, almost rubberband-ish.

For those who have taken apart the Pax, what are the two bottom o-ring seals for? They are very thin, white in color, and not realizing they were even there when I was putting it back together, they both snapped. I know they must serve a purpose, so what should I do?
