If you wanted to make butter or oil what would the best temperature setting be on the MB2

I am pretty new to baking and stuff so to use butter in water would you put like a cup of butter in (pre melt it right?) then a cup of water to make it to the minimum line. Then when it is done you refrigerate the cannabutter and then I'm guessing its easy to seperate the water from the butter
