Just so Dab HAppy!
Thank you, but I cannot steal your name... I have plenty of time to come up with one. Zzz...
@nosmoking
Are those available, or just on a custom order? TIA

MAN I love that stem...

The stems were a custom order but were only $50-60 each from @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd Now that I have had mine for a while I would highly recommend the straight stems. There are several disadvantages to a bent stem, one of the majors being screen placement as you limit yourself to working from one side of the stem with a bent stem.

... Don't vape while you're driving man, I share the road with you, wherever you are.

I understand driving high isn't the same as driving drunk, but getting high while driving is a fuckin' careless distraction.

In other words, I gave the fuck up on the Zion and I'm gonna wait for the Mi now.

woooo, colour me excited.... :\

/s for those who don't get it.

I hope this thing surprises me, really do.

I vape while driving all the time, but what I don't do is text while driving, which I see people doing ALL THE TIME. Those are the ones you should worry about. And they're everywhere.

So what's the difference, I still don't think its a good idea. You're multi-tasking while driving.

I mean up here you can get nailed with a distracted driving ticket for just eating.

Vapes can be surprisingly strong sometimes, this one especially, send you into to big coughing fits, probably not good while you're on the road.

I don't know...I consider myself a pro at our beloved hobby.
So much in fact that I'm not sure how or if I'd get anywhere if I didn't drive lifted.
Just part of everyday life.

I'm having excellent results using a j-hook & m-m.
It makes the unregulated part of the Mi no longer an issue.
Watching the vapor thru the neck of the hook as you're hitting it, not only makes regulating easy, it's also surprising to see how long vapor flows after lifting off the throttle.

Yessssss. I've mentioned this before, I've counted up to 7 or 8 seconds of vapor after the trigger with a very heated unit after much continuous use. It's insane...you can take a hit, pass it to someone, and they could probably get a hit without even touching the trigger. It's amazing. It's what made me believe the heater had a similar structure to the Supreme, which it does not, but still somehow holds heat extremely well.

10 milaana referrals for a free zion???

I don't even think I have 10 friends that vape!

I think the challenge would be fun to get the wheels churning.

Would temporarily gluing the female glass joint in with crazy glue lead to unforseen consequences?

3 questions
As is, will the adapter fit?

Can it be used with stock RBT screens?

With Milaana, the adapter serves as the bowl / stem, correct?

Again, TX?!!
They should fit. Pv generally stocks the right adapters. Tell them what the adapters are for and they will take care of you, ensuring they do fit. Thankfully they have milaana to test the adapters.

The stock screens do fit in the adapter and yes, the adapter is used as the bowl. The one I use most is the Eq vortex adapter but I'm sure the normal 18/18 m2m would work well. I also use a 18/14 m2f on a small rig that works very well too.

@stickstones hooked me up with the m-m before Zions original release, sometime last year maybe.
The j-hook also was from him for my MV a year or two ago?
Not sure if he's still slingin em, but if he is, he can verify fit as he has both Mi & Zi.

Sticks is a plethora of vape knowledge.
He's my go to guy, when looking for a new device or accessory.
I suggest y'all take advantage of having our very own resident FC concierge, I know I do.

Can it be used with stock RBT screens?

Screens for the m-m can be a bit of a pita tho.
RBT baskets are almost too stiff.
I have the best luck with Ratchetts prototype baskets from the screen press that he's working on.
My m-m is the smallest diameter at each tip, so it takes spreading the basket opened while in center of m-m, then sliding basket into position from there.
The ratchett baskets are lighter gauge screens which are a little easier to manipulate than the RBT baskets.
I think the press when finished is going to be another one of those Delta 3D accessories that I can't live without.
Hope this helps.

Does anyone know- given the new posts- whether the milaana is going to be sold from some of the online stores or mainly from the RBT website?

I received my Milaana today and the battery is charging!!

My first impressions packaging was okay everything arrived safely. I got a long stem, short stem, four screens and one battery. I was disappointed in the stir stick I appears to be a small piece cut off a bamboo skewer. For the entry price on one of these a better stir would be nice. I really like the bag it came in and the instructions are straight forward!

The action of the power button feels quality and the over all unit is beautiful! I have a special stem waiting to meet the milaana that a well known wood craftsman made for me a while back for the zion.

I am very excited to give this vape a go once the battery is fully charged :borg:

Speaking of charging batteries I am using the haze charger, will this be good to give me the full charge? It only indicates 1 to 3 bars no digital read out. I wasn't sure if it was going to charge up to the recommended 4.2 volts.

I shall return with results questions and comments after a few sessions tonight.

A big thanks to rbt team! I sent an email Tuesday to inquire about the milaana discount since I was already a zion pre order. Wednesday Sheila responded and sent a paypal invoice. Thursday I received a tracking number (must have been a number off or short bc it didn't work but I could careless) Now its Saturday and I have the vape in my hands!!

From Tuesday to Saturday zero complaints on that customer service!!

Shipping did cost almost double what the package read but now I'm just nit picking haha

:peace:

I don't know anything about that specific charger, but having a digital readout is a huge improvement over just lights. I will often check Bam Bam's battery before going out to see if I need to bring another along, just in case. The lights give you an idea, but the digital displays leave no doubt about battery levels...

So according to tracking my Milaana has been delivered back for a little fix up.
I have a response from Ryan to say that my unit will be bought up to current spec with recessed glass etc. really looking forward to seeing how she prefoms on her return:drool:

I have had 2 interactions with customer service now and although it has taken a couple of days for a response I have nothing but praise for how I've been treated, I think the latest updates are great news all round and I hope an international source for a Zion will be a future prospect!

@Philreal187 when the battery says it's full and won't accept anymore juice from your haze charger...it will probably be at 4.2 as a safe ASSUMPTION.

The part where it would be a bigger issue is when the voltage drops past the recommended mark.

A 2 slot nitecore charger should be fairly cheap, just buy authentic...I had some issues a while ago using a knock off.

Cool @Shit Snacks I'll save the superglue AND a potential doctors visit! Lol

Good review! I will say this, the stir stick is genius. Trust me. You'll be glad he chose the stick! Works better than anything I've tried!

Thanks for sharing, been waiting for some positive & timely warranty experiences before sending Pascal in for glass repair.

Gotta say, my Milaana is now my ONLY device - feels good to be down to one! Sold the FW3, and just shipped my Grasshopper off to it's new owner the day before a 9-day family camping adventure. Pascal, 3 batteries, a good amount of pre-ground 9 Lb Hammer, and a Nitecore D4 w/ 12v adapter, across three states with varying need for discretion, no problems, this really is all I need.

Looking forward to getting the latest updates when I'm ready for my next t-break.
